JOB TITLE

BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER COORDINATOR

Are you organized, motivated and able to work simultaneously on projects?

Our Client is seeking a Building Services Engineer Co-coordinate to oversee ground breaking large-scale projects with several exciting new projects underway.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and coordinate all day to day site activities
Liaise with Sub-contractors, Consultants and Clients
Responsible for overseeing the planning of works, design, installation, operation and monitoring of the mechanical, electrical, and safety on site
Ensure that work is carried out to the clients specific requirements
Work closely with Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors
Give technical advice and offer alternative solutions
Carrying out inspections, testing and commissioning where appropriate.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Degree or higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical or related
Minimum 5 years work experience in Building services/Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
Excellent technical knowledge and problem solving skills
A good understanding of health and safety legislation
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
