BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop and Manage new and old client relations
? Seek new business opportunities
? Setting up and communicating new product developments and specifications.
? Maintaining a high standard of marketing and customer satisfaction.
? Prepare reports and analysis for senior management
? Undertake new project specifications

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
? Diploma or above in Civil Engineering related studies
? At least 5 years Engineering and Sales experience required
? Good Business sense and technical knowledge in Construction Engineering
? Negotiation skills
? Strong written and oral communication (English) skills
? Proficiency in English/Chinese would be an advantage
