Our Client are a global engineering, procurement and construction contractor with a reputation for delivering high quality, technically advanced, reliable facilities and equipment on time, on budget and with a world-class safety record.
The incumbent will need to have a demonstrable track record in sales and a strong network and knowledge of the EPC industry in the Oil & Gas sector. Constantly locating, developing, defining and enhancing new and existing client base, with the objective of building and expanding our clients market position in Singapore and Malaysia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Planning and preparing presentations, communicating the clients approaches and
pitches to prospective clients
• Build relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships
• Anticipates and identifies trendsetter ideas by researching and understanding
industry needs, market strategies, and developing robust business plans and
acquisition targets
• Develops business winning strategies, by analyzing and understanding client
strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, and the competitive
landscape
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements internally, integrating
clients requirements with business operations
• Providing regular updates to management on pulse of the marketplace and
prospects funnel
• Present and consult with mid and senior management on business trends and
strategies for engagement
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Updates job knowledge by participating in industry functions / seminars, reading
professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in
professional organizations
• Managing real time data updates in the sales database
• Close interface and coordination with the global organisation for key account
management

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Engineering degree and at least 5 years of direct EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Plenty of initiative and drive
• A positive and proactive attitude
• A deep understanding and knowledge of the market, with extensive network
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
