Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct all aspects of the build to ensure that the project progresses in the right direction along an appropriate timeline.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational and administration activities on-site.
• Able to understand construction drawings and to ensure works constructed are according to drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with different project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage handling of contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with local government authorities to ensure that project meets all governmental regulations, and acquire all necessary approvals for the project.
• Write planning and progress reports for Project Manager and Client.
• Lead progress meetings with various relevant project team members.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Min. 10 years experience as a Construction Manager.
- Experience in Hospitality or Residential builds.
- Must have previous experience on builds in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of local authorities and regulations.
- Strong leadership capability.
