DESIGN ARCHITECT

Our client's business is to provide multi-disciplinary design and consultancy services for the construction and development works.

It is renowned for commercial, residential and industrial projects in Asia and is gaining a high reputation in its Architectural side.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participate and support Directors in client meetings.
• Manages design process for the entire project, with the Project Architect.
• Preparing tender documents.
• Must be able to work well with the technical team to ensure that the construction drawings are completed well.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Team player, self-started and results-oriented.
• Familiar with BIM, and possess a flair for conceptual designing using BIM modelling or other software.
• Preferably experience working on government related and industrial projects.
