Key responsibilities
•Lead a team vigorously and with passion, leading by example with your client dealing and management mainly on design, development and delivery of each project.
•Through schematic design, direct team; maintain design for the entire design development, construction administration and documents.
•Establish and maintain overall design concepts.
•In charge of identifying and securing projects by engaging in business development.
•Work closely with SVP and Project Manager to develop principle in charge staff work/utilization and scheduling.
•You manage the client contact by understanding client program, criteria and budget.
•Throughout design and documentation process, participation with client is required.
•Design and select accessories, art works and furnishing.
•Cost estimates to be reviewed with project team.

Skills required
•Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
•Fully conversant with Auto Cad.
•At least 8 years experience within the industry
•A similar Director level role/or managing an entire Design Department (leading from the front)
•Strong Leadership qualities
•A desire and hunger to represent, grow and progress your career with a truly world class design outfit
