The Suites

Already operating with 21 sumptuous suites, each housing a state-of-the-art media system, incorplorating a widescreen TV, wireless and a sophisticated sound and DVD system. Guests can relax in Kohler baths while additional features include powerful Matki walk-in showers and stone floors with under floor heating. Luxurious Frette cotton sheets furnish the beds, while guests can also pamper themselves with natural REN products.

This new phase of accommodation is set away from the original collection of hotel buildings so in addition to the amenities already available there will also be a bar and cafe situated with the new suites. The Opportunity

Purchasers at The Corran Resort & Spa can take the security of high NET rental return option which go as far as 15 years post-purchase. The rate of return currently is 12% for purchasers from years 1-10, this then increases to 15% fixed annual returns from years 11-15.
