The house has two floors (each a 100 m2) which are fine to use. Normal room height. On the first floor (living area), you enter thru the corridor to which the living room, two bedrooms and the kitchen are located. At the end of the hall is the bathroom. Already a complete house, but in the ground floor of the house is a spacious and fully guesthouse which you can use immediately. Here one room, kitchen and bathroom. In addition, a large storage room what you can even turn in an extra room. From the ground floor you can walk into the garden where some outbuildings.

This house can be found in a nice small village nearby Eger and Szilvasvarad. Located along a quiet village street with only little traffic. In the village itself, several shops, a school, a bank and a medical center. For extensive shopping, go to Eger. You can go skiing in the area.
