This house is special due to the beautiful views. All around a magnificent panorama of the surroundings. The pictures speak for themselves. It is now used as a weekend house for people who live in Kaposvar, but have planned to go to Budapest and then it is a bit too far. You can use it just fine as a holiday house, but it is not very large.

Under in the house room / kitchen with a built-in kitchen and a wood stove, shower and toilet, cellar and a beautiful terrace. Upstairs is the living room and there enjoying the beautiful panorama. In the garden several trees.

Electricity is present. Water comes from a tank and the drainage is connected to a septic tank.

The town Godre is a 15 km away from Kaposvar. Big city which offers you everything in terms of shopping, dining, hiking, swimming pool, medical care etc. Excellent !!. In Godre themselves live nearly 1,000 people and although in the village might be some traffic because it is located along the main road 66 state, this house doesn't bother. Is in a very area. In the village live quite a few foreigners.
