The house is in need of renovation. You enter through the beautiful veranda and inside the house there are two bedrooms, storage and what the (summer) kitchen was. You will need to make a bathroom. perhaps in the store.

Tap water (is on the plot), electricity and gas are available. The heating is by gas convectors. Drainage can be connected from the street. Is a paved road.

You live here (and holidays) in a nice Hungarian village. Near the Hortobagy National Park and Tiszafured. In these last many opportunities for shopping and of course in the summer to the beach of Lake Tisza. All abundant. In the village itself several shops and a restaurant. From here you can easily reach the mountains in the north (Eger) and Debrecen is also worth visiting.
