Human Resources Manager (HONG KONG) - JJE455299

First class International Contractor is looking for Human Resources Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. Current projects in building, civil and infrastructure. They are consistently linked to remarkable, landmark projects and have a recognized reputation for delivering outstanding quality and pioneering engineering methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report to HR Director, the Human Resources Manager will develop and responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition strategy, manpower planning, HR branding and benchmarking.

- Organize and direct all recruitment activities, establish and maintain relationship with local universities, education institutes and recruitment agencies.

- Ensure the overall recruitment strategy is able to support the business growth and expansion.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines, overseas educated is an advantage

- Minimum 5 years working experience in large MNC organization, preferable in construction or engineering industry

- Familiar with payroll system will be an advantage

- Well-versed with Employment Ordinances, MPF and related regulations

- Independent, flexible, highly organized and good interpersonal skills with positive thinking;

- Excellent command of spoken and written English

- Immediate available will be an advantage
