INTERIOR DESIGNER - CORPORATE/WORKPLACE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

? As an Interior Designer you need to be have worked on or been involved with projects from start to finish.

? You must have 5 years experience, 2 years of which has been spent on Corporate Projects.

? You will be expected to carry out your design responsibilities and work closely with the Senior Designer. After a period of 6-12 months you will be able to interface directly with the client.

? You must be willing to learn and have a common sense approach to space planning

? You must have passion and humility; these are 2 key traits that run through the entire organisation.

PRE-REQUISITES:

? MUST have a Degree or Diploma in a related field of work experience

? 5 years relevant experience in Corporate High End projects for example; Banks, Legal Firms.

? Creativity is not stifled but encouraged, have fresh ideas not be jaded, you must be hungry to learn, progress, grow and fun.

? A learning attitude will help you to go far with the organsation; you need to be able to understand the designs.

? Competent in the use of Auto CAD and ideally 3D Max

? Staff retention is very high which should tell any interested applicant all they need to know about this organisation, you too will need to be committed and loyal whilst enjoying the opportunity that is being offered.

? Good communication & interpersonal skills

? Excellent project skills

? Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
