Our client provides the whole package of consultancy ranging from advisory services, cost management and project management. You will be working with international clients who are household names themselves. They provide cost management and project management services.

DETAILED • Strong hands on M&E Engineer who can actually do the work, you must be robust and able to drive the site/project forward.
• Good site co-ordination skills will be required.
• Well versed with interior fit-out & refurbishment background in commercial, retail, hospitality projects/spaces.
• You must have passion and drive: these are two key traits that will be key in this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Must have degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Should be able to work onsite
• Must have ability to plan and have organizational skills
• Should have effective time management and logical decision –making ability
• Must be able to coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work and professional development
• Must be able to take on a leadership role with subordinates and project team
