Offshore HSE Manager

Looking for a enthusiastic and qualified Offshore HSE Manager with years of experience in the O & G industry with an international background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

- Maintain that required government standards are met throughout duration of the project.

- Ensure that ops department to execute high quality services in a timely fashion which meet the contractual requirement of company.

- Manage all points of vessel operations and resources.

- Conduct surveys to make sure all HSE standards and regulations are being met and file reports if unsafe conditions

- Manage all safety related equipment and PPE are properly maintained.

- Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor

- Also other safety certifications will be preferred.

- Understanding of companies HSE KPI’s, objectives and goals. Risk identification and Management

- Administrative tasks / updating records/ reports.

BACKGROUND:

PRE-REQUISITES:

- Degree/diploma in HSE Management
- French Speaking Preference
- 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- 7 years experience in TOTAL Offshore.
- 5 years plus experience as a HSE Manager
- Sailing experience as a Chief Engineer is an advantage
- Knowledge in ISPS/ISM/MLC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
