JOB TITLE
Portfolio Manager / Assistant Portfolio Manager
Our client seeks experienced Portfolio Mangers for their operations here in Hong Kong. Candidates with less experience can be considered in an Assistant Portfolio Manager’s role.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Do you have Real Estate brokerage/ Lease Admin experience?
• Do you have Commercial Real estate experience?
• Can you speak and write in English and Cantonese?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The succesfull candidate will be responsbile for the following:
• Analyzing client property portfolios. Submisson of potential opportuities to the client for consideration
• Assist in preparation of reports, to the client, including financial planning, cash flows, documenting strategy and quarterly/ annual business reviews
• Prepare and obtain instructions for the implementation of projects within APAC.
• Assist in completion of transactions for corporate clients;
• Liaise with other departments in the Hong Kong office and other offices within APAC
• Travel required from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
• Must hold a degree in a property related field
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Must possess good English and Cantonese communication skills, both spoken and written.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-orientated attitude and ability to work independently.
