PROCUREMENT MANAGER
A well-seasoned Procurement Manager is required for this specialist foundation contractor, so if you are looking for a new challenge this year, we suggest you have a look at this potential client of ours, they have been established in Hong Kong since 1994 employ more than 400 staff and has over 20 projects currently under construction in Hong Kong and soon to be in Macau.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist in maintaining company quality control program
• Research new materials for cost savings
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies
• Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification
• Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations
• Handle change order requests and forecast upcoming demand

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or above in Construction/Procurement related studies
• Minimum 8 years Procurement experience required
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Strong written and oral communication (English) skills
• Proficiency in English/Chinese would be an advantage
