JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible to oversee the architectural aspects of the development of the design.
• Organize and attend site meetings and project meetings with the client representative/s and other parties.
• Manage all contract administration.
• Authority submissions and pre-consultations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Recognized Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Singapore.
• Preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Familiar with local projects implementation and building codes.
