JOB TITLE
PROJECT MANAGER *** MACAU BASED

One of the world’s largest company in manufacturing and services of Elevators, escalators and moving walkways are currently inviting professional candidates to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain working relationship with client, architects, government authorities, builders and other relevant external parties
• Monitor all installation projects to ensure the Company is able to meet its contractual obligation including submission schedules, drawings, materials & samples, etc.
• Identify risks and opportunities of major tenders to ensure smooth operations and better variation order opportunities
• Plan available resources effectively to ensure the installation projects are on time and within budget
• Review the sub-contractor cost and quotation
• Monitor the work standards against contractual requirements, follows up the workmanship of job done by sub-contractors
• Ensure a safe working environment by site inspection and by enforcing safety disciplines according to Company requirement and government regulations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
• At least 10 years’ working experience, of which 5 years in project management;
• Previous background experience in lift industry is preferred
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer
• Willing to be stationed in Macau
