QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Consultancy) **HK, MACAU & SRI LANKA - NPI451807

Experts in delivering first class management and consulting services, our Client is seeking Quantity Surveyors to join and develop their teams in Hong Kong, Macau and Sri Lanka.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for all QS work from pre-contract to post-contract works
• Develop cost plans for package contracts
• Prepare tender documents, review contract requirements, evaluate and analyze tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets
• Prepare final project accounts
• Assist in ensuring that contractual notices are issued in accordance with conditions of contract
• To carry out regular on site inspections of the new build project

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience, preferably with MRICS and / or MHKIS
• Hands-on PC knowledge
• Able to of work independently under minimum supervision
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor
• Roles available in other regions including Sri Lanka & Vietnam
