Can you motivate, lead and manage a team? Are you analytical and forward thinking? Are you an expert in your discipline? A first class Consultancy firm is looking for a Civil and Structural Design Engineer, for all current civil, infrastructure and structural work across Singapore and Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Should have experience in Road or Rail alignment design
•Must be able to implement and oversee alignment drawings using traditional methods and BIM
•Experience in MRT projects, with strong background in trackwork design and construction phasing
•Ability to lead and manage a team of designers
•Liaise with Contractors, Clients, Architects
•Ensure designs fit Client requirements and specifications
•Ensure designs meet health and safety standards and regulations
•Attend and deliver meetings and presentations

An opportunity now exists for a Civil and Structural Engineer to lead and/or join the team in Singapore; you will be working on projects all over Asia, working with a worldly recognized firm.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent
•MUST have previous experience in design submissions and design auditing
•MUST have experience in planning, construction of road/railway alignment design
•MUST be familiar with Building Ordinance and regulations
•Knowledgeable in Microstaion and Betley Rail Track Design
•Ability to lead a small team, manage time and delegate tasks
•Self motivated individual, forward thinking with strong communication skills
•Minimum 10-12 years experience, those with less will be considered for Engineering position
