ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

JOB • Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision.
• Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials
• Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings.
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture
• Must have at least 3-5 years experience
• Have excellent structural drawing skills and are well versed with CADD computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Efficient team player who is able to work within tight schedules
• Experience in Industrial projects, particularly in Singapore
