SENIOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Primary Objectives
Key company representative for client for all written communication, conducting client's feedback and troubleshooting any project issues
Prepares progress reports and submit to client and management team
Ensure timely delivery of the project and exceptional quality of work
Develop and implement the Project Management execution plan
Responsible for the execution of the overall project within schedule and budget and in accordance with the contract terms
Submit plans for local authority approval and arrange for inspections of building work

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma & above
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience in Commercial Office or Workplace fit-out
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidate’s with 6 or more years of experience will be considered for a more Senior role
• Good leadership, project, presentation and people management skills
