Senior Project Manager

Our client is a one of the leader in the construction industry and they have gained international presence for their experience in luxury retail, commercial, mixed use, & hospitality projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To chair meetings with clients & contractors
• To make decisions on project terms and conditions, budgeting, administering & negotiating contracts
• Organize the work of architect, consultants & engineer aligning to contract terms
• Develop & make certain of contract drawings, documents & specifications to abide regulations & standards for permit approvals
• Provide on site supervision and inspections to ensure the construction process is meeting client’s requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural
• Minimum 5 years in project management and comprehensive knowledge in the Hong Kong arena
• Technical knowledge of architectural drawings and specifications
• Preparing procedural manuals in writing
• Superb presentation delivery skill to clients, management & public
• Analyzing charts, diagrams, & mathematical formulas
• AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office
