SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT MANAGER

OUR CLIENT
Our client is an award winning, highly acclaimed hotel/resort owner, developer regionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Management and completion of assigned projects
• Organize and attend site meetings with external relevant parties
• Review and correspond on progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Manage and monitor performance to meet project objectives
• Manage rectification of defects and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Engineering, Building/Project Management, Architectural/Interior Design
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably with Hospitality (Hotels/resorts) projects
• Candidates above 5 years experience will be considered for Senior Project Manager position
• Must be able to provide a good track record of completed projects
• Must be able to speak and write English and Chinese
• Must be willing to be travel to China
