JOB TITLE

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS – *** HONG KONG

A first class, global Consultancy firm is looking for a Structural Engineers, for all current civil, infrastructure and structural work across Hong Kong and Eastern Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for all structural design work
Examine risks and structural integrity, calculate pressures, consider the strengths of various materials
Assist and review on detailed drawings and plans for civil and structural designs
Proficient ability to lead design team: delegate tasks and complete work to Client deadline
Liaise with Contractors, Clients, Architects
Ensure designs fit Client requirements and specifications
Ensure designs meet health and safety standards and regulations
Throughout construction process, inspect all Structural work and overcome unforeseen design issues
Attend and deliver meetings and presentations.

They are synonymous for delivering first class quality and providing outstanding service.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
MUST have previous experience in design submissions and design auditing
Member of HKIE (Structural or Civil) would be ADVANTAGEOUS
Knowledgeable in software programs ie, ETABS, STAAD
Self motivated individual, forward thinking with strong communication skills
Minimum 2/3 years working experience
Fluent in Cantonese and English.
