The tropical garden is medium sized with shrubs and small trees and is largely dominated by the 40msq private swimming pool. The covered carport is big enough to hold two vehicles. The terrace area is a great place to relax and unwind while soaking up the therapeutic vibes from the pool.

The interior is decorated in ceramic tiled floors and painted white walls. The open plan nature of the living space incorporates a lounge, dining room and a modern western kitchen. The lounge offers comfortable settees and a large floor to ceiling unit with a large 40" flat-screen TV. The dining room is equipped with a wooden table that is big enough to seat 6 people. The western standard kitchen is fitted with modern appliances such as a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a host of dishware and cutlery. The gleaming onyx work surfaces and white kitchen units really compliment the style of each other. There is plenty of storage space to be used within the large units. There is also a separate laundry room available as well.

The three ensuite bedrooms are fitted with dark wooden floors and black built-in wardrobes adjacent to the large double beds. The Master Bedroom owns a 32" flat-screen TV alongside a surround sound system than runs through the entirety of the property (outside too). The ensuite bathrooms are clean, tidy and spacious and offer more than ample showering facilities.

The services and utilities offered in the rental terms include cable TV, internet connection, fresh bed linen and towels, a gardener, pool cleaner and security. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The location of Boat Lagoon is on the north east coast of Phuket and owns a few restaurants on its grounds. Within a 5-10 minute drive you can reach a number of beaches and a host of shopping centers. Phuket International Airport is also only 15 minutes away. The best thing about this property is the tranquility and security amidst the Boat Lagoon complex.
