Opis:
The purpose of the role is to administer and manage the timely onboarding and maintenance updates for the Fund, Portfolio and Intermediary Clients ensuring that we comply with our regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities include:
Timely and accurate completion of all Client Onboarding steps
Responsible for completing the Risk Matrix and Account Opening checklist and following the procedures
Ensure accurate static data set up and ongoing maintenance in internal systems
Responsibility for the continuance of the Client and Intermediary monitoring schedules in line with the Risk Monitoring Policy. Control and submit progress reports in line with procedure
Collating all necessary information required to comply with US FATCA / Global FATCA requirements
Ensure accuracy of client static data and account set up on transaction systems
Maintain strong working relationships and liaise with internal and external counterparts including Clients, Sales, Compliance, and Operations
Keep abreast of industry standards and any Regulatory changes to ensure the functions, processes and procedures are fully compliant at all times
Experience and Qualities Required:
At least five years’ experience of working within a finance environment and have excellent client due diligence skills and have a thorough working knowledge of Jersey’s AML/CFT Handbook
As a minimum, the individual should possess the ICA AML qualification or equivalent and have a thorough knowledge of dealing with various complex structures
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills required to process the workload on time
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a high standard of numeracy and accuracy
A thorough knowledge of all regulatory requirements in respect of the latest JFSC Anti-Money Laundering and Prevention of Financial Crime guidance notes
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
