This cottage is already quite complete, certainly considering the price. There is already a bathroom, it may not be the most modern one but it means that all connections are present.

The cottage is located on a sandy road, on the outskirts of the village (3 kilometers away). A true sense of freedom here with a wood on one side and neighbours on the other one, which is pleasant for that bit of social control. The sandy road offers good access in both summer and winter.

The cottage has a typical Hungarian lay out with the entrance directly into the living room. On the right, the bathroom and on the left a room that could be converted into the kitchen. Furthermore, two bedrooms.

Electricity is present, water supply from a (underground) well and a septic tank for drainage.

Situated on the outskirts (3 kilometers) of a lively village with approx. 3000 inhabitants. Nearby are several fishing lakes and in the village are shops, restaurants, a spa/thermal bath and horse riding activities. Lake Tisza is ideal for water sport, and the city of Eger for some cultural activities. Both on no more than 30-40 minutes drive from your home. Budapest is 100 kilometers away.

Nice house, in a pleasant tourist area. A perfect place to de-stress in your own Hungarian (holiday) home.
