This house is only a 100, maybe 150 meters from the river Tisza and there you will get a lot of fun with fishing, motor boating, water skiing etc. Fine place if you love the water.

The property is quite okay. Is in fairly good condition quickly habitable. Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a toilet. All of this on a plot of 900 m2. Not very big for Hungarian concepts, but a very nice garden.

For facilities it provides electricity, water and gas. Part of the house is equipped with gas heating. Drainage is connected to a septic tank. Phone and Internet can be connected.

The village is not far from the river Tisza River and with more than 2,500 people a large village where you can easily do your daily shopping. To relax, there is at 8 km a thermal bath and going on a little further, there are the towns of Eger with the beautiful center where the basilica and the castle are well worth a visit and on the other site, there is Tiszafured where you can relax at the beach. In Tiszafured twice weekly there is a market which is certainly worth a visit.

Easily accessible by car. Budapest is a 1.5 hour and you coming by plane, it's good to know that Debrecen is just at 40 minutes.

All in all a great place for a holiday.
