The house is nicely sized. Is a former farm house of a wealthy family. Offers three large rooms, a room for the kitchen and pantry. The last perhaps nice place for the bathroom. Behind the house is an old barn where you can make any extra rooms, or a guest house.

Electricity, water and gas are present. Heating by means of a gas convector. Drainage is connected to the sewer. Location along a paved road.

House is in a quiet street on a 2 to 2.5 km from the beach. Nice and quiet and the tourism nearby if you want.

The village is located directly on Lake Tisza, where you can go to the river Tisza. Enjoy a boating excursion on Lake Tisza, make a long walk in the beautiful area or make a visit to Hortobagyi National Park. In the village are plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a beach, a harbour and various ways of enjoying the lake. For example jet skiing, boating, and not to mention fishing, as there is plenty of fish in the lake. Fish you can also find in Europe's biggest aquarium what you find in the village.
