Key Responsibilities:

Periodic monitoring of client portfolios referring any variance in asset allocation to the relevant manager(s)

Rebalancing of client portfolios as instructed by the relevant manager(s) when required or following asset allocation/strategy changes.

Monitor daily cash flow and FX position of client portfolios and action where appropriate.

Monitor and roll Forward FX currency hedges in line with current policy.

Production of ad hoc proposals as requested by the business.

Provision of periodic and ad hoc performance and analytical data to internal clients.

Dealing with both internal and external clients covering off on issues relating to administration of client portfolios.

Dealing support and cover to Investments dealer.

GTP oversight and monitoring.

Experience & Qualities:

Minimum IMC / IAQ / ACI Dealing Cert or equivalent qualifications

Previous experience working within a back office/support environment of an investment business.

An excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems with appropriate training.

An ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

A good telephone manner and ability to communicate well with internal and external clients.

The post holder will be well organised, diligent and conscientious, paying attention to detail and accuracy.

Be prepared to study and further their career with a professional qualification.

Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
