1 Bedroom - Condo - Phuket - for Sale

This beautiful apartment is located in Sai Yuan road between Nai Harn and Rawai area in South Phuket.

The apartment is the top floor with only 6 apartments in the block, it has a communal swimming pool, the size is a spacious 58sqm, it has one large ensuite bedroom plus living room, kitchenette, balcony and spiral staircase leading up to private roof terrace(additional 50sqm) that boasts stunning sea and mountain views.

The neighbours added an extension on the roof terrace of their apartment to make an extra bedroom, you could also possibly add an extension, Sala or jacuzzi up there (planning permission to do this has to be approved by landlord and local authority but it might be an option).

The property is sold unfurnished (If you require a furniture package then this is easily arranged), it has just been repainted and re-grouted to restore it to its original condition as suggested by the real estate agent.

Apartment is sold Leasehold. Leases are registered at the land office and can be solely leased 100% by a foreigner.

The apartment is close to some of Phuket's best beaches and close to some of Phuket's best restaurants, cafes, bars, Muay thai camps and fitness gyms.

The apartment is very rentable, previously we were renting the apartment at 18,000bt per month on a long term yearly contract but you could charge far more if you wish to rent it short term or as a holiday rental.
