101 Shorecliff Road Corona Del Mar..

This is the most spectacular oceanfront parcel in Corona del Mar, and one of the finest to be found on this coast. Nearly an acre in size, this landmark site takes in an incredible panorama overlooking Little Corona beach, the harbor entrance, miles of coastline, Catalina and sunsets. Sprawling lawns and terraces cascade down toward the shore. The extensive waterside gardens and private beach access could not be duplicated today. The charming original home, admired by locals for decades, serves as a comfortable beach get away. Alternatively, you can create a new oceanfront estate here utilizing the generous development opportunities. The gently sloping topography is ideal for a larger home, pool, and gardens that will all enjoy unobstructed sea views. Located in the established and revered community of Shorecliffs, this property is set at the edge of the Village - but far away from the crowds and congestion of Ocean Boulevard. Only a few of these very large oceanfront parcels exist in Corona del Mar and most have been improved in recent decades with estate-size residences. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an irreplaceable piece of Southern California oceanfront property.
