11 bedroom Country House For Sale:..

Biological Estate is a lovely property located in the countryside between Arezzo and Cortona, surrounded by green hills, vineyards and olive groves.
It is only 2km away from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino and less than 10km from the vibrant and lively Cortona.
The property was originally built at the end of the 19th century and it has undergone several restorations during the years.
The total surface of the livable area amounts to more than 1000 m2 (10.763 sqft).
It consists of the main villa developed on 3 floors and two separate buildings for the apartments used as agriturismo.
There are 8 beautifully furnished apartments with a total of 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and, considering the possibility to add more beds, the place can accommodate up to 20 people.
Every apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen and they are all surrounded by the estate’s beautiful garden.
The interiors are rustic but very finely furnished and characterized by typical Tuscan features such as wooden beams ceilings, stone, cotto tiles and arches.
The property is enriched with 2 restaurants, a tasting room, a third separate ambient, small but very pretty and totally restored, that could be turned into a gym or a relax area and, above all, a wide cellar, which is the real heart of the estate.
To Biological Estate belong in fact almost 16 hectares of land (39 acres), 10 of which dedicated to very productive vineyards and olive groves.
The production of wine amounts to around 21.000 bottles a year and the olive groves produce around 1.500 litres of Tuscan igp olive oil a year.
In 2011 a photovoltaic system has been built and the property’s outside area is enriched with a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and with a stunning view of the valley and the Medieval Castle of Montecchio.
Biological Estate is the perfect starting point for your day trips in beautiful places nearby like Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and Assisi, just to name a few.
