One space available in a secure, underground carpark. Good public transport into town (bus to O'Connell street two min walk, Ashtown train station five minute walk). There is a SuperValu, Spar, gym and other facilities in walking distance.
You will be sharing with two young male professionals (25yo). Ideally we will be looking for a similar tenant. No couples or pets.
This a 12 month lease only which may renew after.
