2 bed 1 bath apartment for sale in Parque Santiago 1, Playa de Las Americas - well priced at 219,950€

As you enter this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the first floor of this centrally located apartment complex you, will find yourself in a large lounge area with an American style fully equipped open kitchen. There is direct access on to the balcony from the lounge area. To the right of the lounge you have a small hallway which serves as a distribution area for the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom is large, has fully fitted wardrobes and also has direct access on to the balcony. The second bedroom also has built in wardrobes and has a window on to the passageway of the complex making it bright and airy. There is also fully fitted bathroom between the two bedrooms. The property has satellite TV - including premium channels; Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1, BBC1 & ITV1.

Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable position being front line to the beach. There are other beaches within easy walking distance of the complex.
The complex has a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, set in tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that is heated during the Winter months.

In the area surrounding this complex you have a vast amount of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks. It is very central in the resort and a tourist hub. A five minute walk will take you to the well known 'Golden Triangle' where there is a good selection of high class restaurants and great shopping. This area is also very flat which makes it ideal for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

The property could be improved internally - many owners spend tens of thousands modernising these apartments but it is turnkey and can be moved into as is. It is a low price for an original two bed on Parque Santiago 1 and will likely sell quickly to someone who will look to reform to their own standards.
