Lake View Residences is a completed development in a town called Koycegiz, which is half an hour from Dalaman airport, 45 minutes away from Marmaris, 1 hour away from Fethiye, about an hour and a half away from Bodrum and 25 minutes away from Dalyan, all touristic destinations.

Location
The town is located by the sea inlet and they call it a lake, which joins the sea. There is a mud bath and hot spring water coming below thousands of feet below the ground which is good for arthritis and cures many diseases. You can take a boat ride or go by car/tourist bus which takes 20 minutes to get there from Koycegiz.

There are beautiful mountains all around, the view is absolutely stunning.

The Development

There are at least 4 flights daily to Istanbul with a journey of about 50 minutes, connecting to most European destinations and Worldwide with Pegasus and Turkish Airlines flying.
