2 Bedroom Apartment For Sale

Nestling below the château of the old city and representing incredibly good value, this renovated 2-bedroom town house is situated in a quiet, residential area and is ready to move into. It has the benefit of reversible air-conditioning and mains drainage. Situated in a quiet area, yet in the heart of the city, it makes the ideal lock-up-and-leave property and is only 6 kms from the airport.

The house is solidly constructed of stone and has been fully renovated recently. It consists of a sitting room with plenty of cupboard space and an open-plan modern fitted kitchen with appliances. There are two bedrooms, a study area, cupboards and wooden floors. There is a modern shower room and separate WC. The renovation has been done with taste and all modern comforts. It is situated plumb in the centre of Carcassonne with all the shops, services and restaurants within 500m. There is public parking nearby.

Carcassonne Airport with budget flight connections to the UK and elsewhere is a mere 6 kms away and the railway station is just 1 km from the property. The nearest golf course is at the Domaine d'Auriac, 5 kms away. The Mediterranean can be reached in 50 minutes by car. Perpignan, the Pyrennees and the Spanish border are only a little further. And the weather is warmer, sunnier and more reliable than further inland.

The property is very keenly priced and we believe it will sell very quickly so act now to arrange a viewing if it appeals.
