2 Bedroom Barn Conversion For Sale

This fabulous stone-built barn conversion, complete with turret, features upside down living to take advantage of the views, with a 55m2 sitting room, bags of character, light-filled rooms, fully fitted bespoke kitchen and new electrical and plumbing systems throughout.

This converted stone barn has been beautifully styled to make the most of the lovely views. Currently it has two bedrooms on the ground floor but it would be possible to add more in the attached barn and perhaps also a romantic snug in the turret as well. On the first floor is a living room of over 55m2 which has a bespoke kitchen, log burner, beams and stone wall features. Additionally there is a large well maintained barn, currently used as a workshop but which would be ideal for an office or classic car storage...whatever you want!

The property is well situated in a small hamlet just 5 kms from an ancient market town. The location is excellent for transport links via the N10 between Poitiers and Angoulême and just an hour from the busy airports at either Limoges or Poitiers.
