The property is situated on the edge of the village of Palomares and is only 15 minute walk from the beach. Palomares is a busy working village all year round and has most day-to-day amenities including a bank, pharmacy and small supermarket.

The larger towns of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera are only a short drive away where you will also find an aqua park, go-karting, horse riding, scuba diving and lots more activities to try.

Palomares is approximately 90km from Almeria airport and 130km from Murcia airport with 70 and 80 minute transfers respectively.

For golfers there are several excellent courses in the area including Valle del Este, Marina de la Torre, Macenas, Cortijo Grande and the prestigious Desert Springs.
