This 2 bedroom - second floor apartment is ideally situated within view of the old town walls. It is a very short walk away from the centre of Lagos and a 15 minute walk away from the secluded beach of Dona Ana. Local restaurants and coffee shops are abundant and it is also a stone's throw away from a new, large children's park with big green areas. Underground parking is provided so once you are here it's possible to park your car and walk everywhere. As you walk into the apartment there is a small shower room with WC on your right and the small but well equipped kitchen is right in front of you. The kitchen also has direct access to the large terrace which makes it easy for that all important eating alfresco, and it also has a small breakafst bar with storage shelves,which can seat two. On your right as you walk in is the living room. This is comfortably and stylishly furnished with leather sofas, one of which makes into a sofa bed big enough for one adult or 2 small children. There is also direct access to the terrace from the living room and comes equipped with a plasma TV with built in DVD player, which also plays CD's, and there is also satellite TV with many channels available, There is also air conditioning in the living room and bright, modern prints on the wall make it an excellent place to relax. Off the living room is a corridor, which is closed off with a door, which leads to the bedrooms. The twin room is first and is equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and patio doors leading to the terrace. The double room follows on from this and again is fitted with air conditioning. There is a complete bathroom at the end of the corridor with modern fittings and underfloor heating. This apartment also has free wi-fi. This apartment is ideal for both summer and winter lets due to its proximity to the centre of the town and amenities. Boavista golf course is only a 5 minute drive away and many other golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Lagos offers restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budget and a walk along the promenade to the vibrant cosmopolitan marina is a must. Please note that there is a deposit of a‚¬50 requested for the keyfob which allows access to the swimming pool. This is returned on return of the keyfob in good working order.
