Not the most popular district among tourists, this place is located atop the highest hill of the Portuguese capital and gives an astonighing view of Lisbon. Here you can walk up the narrow streets and sit at an outdoor cafe or restaurant to enjoy the view as the sun goes down. These cafes are attended mostly by locals. Graca district is also full of old charming churches and monasteries and is well connected to the center by public transportation. Driving is not the best option, since parking can be difficult.
