The Los Collados development has a shop & Cafe which is open May til June also you have a bus that runs every half hour to Aguilas shops and beaches. there is a small hotel just 2 mins walk and here you have a nice bar and restaurant you can use. Locally you have many beautiful natural beaches, one of which is nudist and another which you can take your dogs to all year. 5 mins drive will take you to the very Spanish sleepy beach resort of Calabardina with is beach mountain and some bars and restaurants. Los Callados is located just a few minutes from Aguilas, This is a Spanish working coastal town which offers various local shops and a small shopping centre. You have a large market on Saturdays and a fish market in the town. Aguilas has some lovely plazas ideal for a beer, coffee or Ice cream.which stay open all year and do not close for the Winter. There is a castle offering fantastic views of the beachfront, town and harbour. It is famous for it's annual Carnival, a Rio-style Mardis Gras celebration that is truly a fantastic occasion. From Aguilas and Calabadina you can do many types of watersports etc etc. This is a great part of Spain with fantastic weather year round and is a great place to have a holiday or permanent home
