2 Bedrooms - Condo - New York State -..

Sun-drenched split two bedroom, two bathroom Chelsea condominium with large outdoor space. With 1,074 of interior space and a 210 sq. ft. balcony, a prime Chelsea condo of this size for under $2 million is a rare find. The combined monthly maintenance and taxes of $2,039 is super affordable as well. Despite its central location, this apartment is pin-drop quiet. All major rooms face full south and a wall of window and sliders flood the apartment with light. The view over the Chelsea historic district encompasses both intimate garden and expansive downtown vistas. The sunsets are breathtaking! The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment and has plenty of room for landscaping, seating and dining. Each major room has access. Enjoy it on your own with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or throw a party for a dozen of your closest friends (they'll be very jealous). The kitchen has two full Wolf ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 4-burner Wolf gas stove with hood, a Vu-line wine cooler and a Bosch dishwasher. The master bedroom is very generously sized, and the en-suite master bath has both a jet tub and a shower. The Colonnade is a pet friendly, investor friendly elevator building with only two units per floor. The virtual doorman provides security and delivery capability. A free laundry room and a furnished roof deck. As for the location, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, surround you. The C and E are at your door step as is the 23rd Street crosstown bus, and the 1 train is but a block away. It's a very short trip to the High Line, Hudson River Park, and the art galleries of Chelsea. A stunning refurbishment of the building lobby and hallways has been approved and there will be an assessment consisting of seven payments of $1,689 each between April 2017 and Jun 2018. Capital contribution equal to three month's common charges (total: $2,883) paid by buyer. You will love living here!
