Stunning South Street Seaport Historic District Loft (circa 1886) with Brooklyn Bridge view and original exposed brick walls. Designer details include a custom fabricated steel and glass wall adding to the open feel, but also offering privacy to the master sleeping area, and steel built-ins utilizing wood shelving salvaged from the Old Seaport Pier. This is an exceptionally bright loft thanks to its double exposure and seven windows with lovely open garden and Brooklyn Bridge views.
