2 Bedrooms - Condo - Phuket - for Rent

The condo is located in Sai Yuan area, midway between Rawai Beach and Chalong circle, in the south end of Phuket. Rawai is one of Phuket's best kept secrets and is a beautiful beach village popular amongst Thais and expats. The area is still little developed compared to a lot of the rest of Phuket and offers a combination of a friendly small town atmosphere with all the modern facilities visitors seek.

The condo is close to some of the best beaches in Phuket, with Nai Harn beach and Kata beach only a few minutes' drive away. Close to supermarkets (Tesco, Makro, Villa Market etc), shopping centers, pharmacies, markets, gasoline station, 7- Eleven etc.

The condo is in a modern building with high standard and maintenance with 24 hour security at the front gate and a beautiful reception with a helpful Condominium Manager and staff. It also has a very nice common area with a big swimming pool and sunbathing area, surrounded by tropical plants. The building has 6 floors (+ a penthouse on the top), and this condo is in the 5th floor, which has a fantastic sea view.

The condominium is big (128 m2), with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and big living room. The big balcony has a fantastic sea view. The styling is casual yet modern, and long term rental includes cable TV and Wi-Fi.
