2 Bedrooms - Country House - Malaga -..

A truly beautiful country home with stunning views right down to the Mediterranean sea, in a quiet area, private & secure but only a short distance from the Torrox - Competa road with access via concrete track all the way. This house has been well maintained and is available to move into immediately. The entrance is gated, to parking area and garage. As the garage is linked to the house there would be the option to convert this to a third bedroom. From here is the first of two sun rooms, this one has sink and food preparation area as well as two large storage rooms. French doors exit to the terrace area. A utility passage with sink, washing machine and freezer, leads to a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge has a stylish pellet burner as well as air conditioning unit. Through from the lounge is the conservatory which offers the perfect place to appreciate the outside space and enjoy the winter sun. French doors here lead to the protected side area of the terrace with bbq. The fabulous, bright, fully fitted kitchen also has door to outside. The second bedroom is upstairs and has an en-suite shower room and small balcony. Outside, the garden has been planted with care and has well established plants and is fully accessible and completly irrigated by automated system. If desired there is space for a jacuzzi or an above ground pool. There are various methods of heating throughout the property including AC (hot and cold), gas central heating and electric panels. Windows are double glazed, tilt and turn with electric shutters and internal blinds and French doors have security glass. This house is certainly not a standard property and really should be seen.
