2 Bedrooms - Detached - Murcia - For..

Lovely Rosa style villa with private pool and additional reception room.

Steps lead to a glazed door into the additional reception room. At the far end sliding doors lead to a very nice al-fresco dining terrace with views over the swimming pool.

On entering the villa to the right is the dining/breakfast room and to the left the lounge area. The lounge benefits from a feature fireplace with log burner. As this is a double aspect room, there is plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well proportioned and comes with plenty of cupboard space and worktop areas. All of the appliances ( hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer) are included.

Next we have the shower room/ guest WC. Also used as utility. Opposite the shower room is the twin bedroom which has a built in wardrobe. The master suite has built-in wardrobes and a private en-suite full bathroom.

From the side of the villa, steps lead to the large rooftop sun terrace or solarium, which has far reaching views along with built in storage.

The plot size is approx 400M2 and has raised walls and a very nice entrance with tiled drive way. The pool area is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing area and has a poolside shower and slide. Nice seating area with built in BBQ. The rest of the garden is laid mainly to gravel and has a mixture of citrus fruit (Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon) trees, shrubs, pots etc. Automatic irrigation system.

The property is located in a quiet area on the ever popular Residential Camposol Golf Development. Camposol (land of sun) sits in a natural, wide valley and is surrounded by various mountain ranges and wonderful open, rolling countryside. Camposol has an 18 hole golf course, however we describe Camposol as a development with a golf course not a golf course development.
