Opis

Countryhouse with stunning gardens This house is situated at the end of a dead end road andwhen you enter the property you will immediately see the impressive gardens. You will find there a romantic greenhouse,a “petanque-place” with artistic shed, a huge pond, a bamboo garden, Englishrose garden and a lot more.It is a lot of work to maintain this garden. Immagine nearly14ha of land. The house itself is nice with a cosy kitchen, a dining and aliving. The owner started already with creating more space (for an appartmentor gite) but the work needs to be finished. On the first floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a secondone that needs to be tiled. Some more rooms are to be finished there if youwant the gite for example.Attached at the house a barn (were horse boxes) where nowall the wood for the woodburner is located. Further 3 workshops. And an openbarn. At the back of the house a huge metal barn of about 400m2. The house is on a isolated location, but L'Isle en Dodon iswithin 10km. And Toulouse is within an hour.
