It is semi-detached sharing only one wall with the neighbors, yet has a private balcony and driveway. There is a gate at the entrance of the driveway which has enough space for one car and a few motorbikes

There is a small covered patio at the entrance of the house and many plants. The first level hosts the dining area, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom services this first floor. The living room is a few levels higher then the kitchen, creating different spaces for eating or relaxing.

The kitchen is modern and western complete quality wood cupboards with ample space and has a built in stove, hood and a microwave. Natural granite counters add to the modern look of the kitchen. There are tile floors and the kitchen walls also have tile for easy maintenance. A back door in the kitchen leads to small outside area complete with a rock garden and more plants. There is also a laundry area.

2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms can be found on the 2nd level. The master bedroom is spacious and has sliding glass doors leading to an ample balcony and the 2nd bedroom also has a private balcony. Plenty of windows allow for natural light. The bedrooms has built in closets and storage space. Both bedrooms have small refrigerators, and air conditioning and bathrooms have hot water and are tastefully decorated.

The top of the stair landing has been converted into a small office area complete with a desk and shelf. Additionally there is plenty of storage safe and a safe for added convenience.

Most of the furniture is made from quality teak wood. There is an air conditioner in very room and fans throughout the house.

Patong is the most lively part of Phuket and enjoys the beautiful west coast beaches. There are many upscale restaurants, spas, local eateries, coffee shopa, fitness centres in addition to a brand new shopping centre complete with a western supermarket. Also there is an international selection of restaurants and an international community of expatriates. Just about anywhere in Patong is 5 minutes or less to the beach and of course there is the vibrant nightlife.

There are UBC Gold and TOT WiFi and have installed
a 42 inch flat screen TV. on the wall in the living room.
